In this restorative deep stretch class we hold multiple positions for 2-3 minutes. Holding the positions longer helps us get deeper. The class should be complimented with calming, relaxing music. I prepared a playlist on spotify if you want to use that here is the link. You can of course play the music of your choice. It is nice to have props around during this class e.g. cusions, pillows, blocks, bolsters and belt or a towel.
I offered this class online to my friends, colleagues and family on May 11, 2020, 2 pm Germany time. I am not an experienced yoga teacher yet but I am learning every day and I enjoy teaching.
