In this full body yoga class we focus on opening our chest and shoulders . We start slow with basic breathing, joint movements and stretches, build the session up with some core exercises and do a hatha flow including forward bending and warrior poses and end with some back bending and twists. All this with a focus on opening the heart.
I offered this class online to my friends, colleagues and family on May 3, 2020, 2 pm Germany time. I am not an experienced yoga teacher yet but I am learning every day and I enjoy teaching.
